Last Mango in Paris Smoothie

The coconut water in this smoothie is full of electrolytes. Read your labels—you want water straight from a young coconut with no added sugars, flavors, or chemicals. If you’re drinking this smoothie post-workout, you may want to add a small spoonful of almond butter or a raw pastured egg to the blender for a punch of protein.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups dandelion greens

1 cup frozen mango cubes

12 cup frozen pineapple cubes

12 cup strawberries, stems removed

2 cups coconut water

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
