Taxi Mom Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with happy yellow produce to give you a boost while driving your “mom taxi” around town. By providing you with high levels of potassium, this guilt-free drink encourages proper muscle and nerve function. And with a carful of kidlets, your nerves may need all the help they can get.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups mixed greens

12 yellow bell pepper, seeded

12 cup frozen pineapple chunks

12 peeled and frozen banana

12 lemon, peeled and seeded

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

2 cups green tea, cooled

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
