Fresh herbs are easy to grow in a small garden or containers—you can even have an herb garden right in your kitchen. But a word of warning about mint: It grows like weeds. Plant mint in a container instead of directly in the ground. Left unattended, mint will take over your yard!

1⁄4 cup mint leaves
3 cucumbers, peeled
1 celery stalk, with leaves
1⁄2 lime, peeled and seeded
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger (or a small knob fresh ginger)
