Spinach Power Smoothie

By including just 1 cup of this mighty veggie in your daily diet (raw), you’ll get over 180 percent of your daily need for vitamin K.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups spinach

1 cucumber, peeled

2 celery stalks, with leaves

1 small tomato

12 cup frozen blueberries

2 cups green tea, cooled

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
