Berry Pretty Smoothie

Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries are superfoods disguised as sweet treats. These fat-burning fruits are low in calories, packed with antioxidants that promote weight loss, and supply quick energy that allows you to burn fat fast. They are also rich in magnesium, one of the most important minerals in promoting energy regulation.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups spinach

2 small apples of choice, peeled and cored

1 cup frozen mixed berries

12 lemon, peeled and seeded

1 cup water

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
