The Replenisher Smoothie

I’d like to see a team pour a cooler of this over the head of a winning coach. This smoothie is full of electrolytes to help replenish your body after a workout. Containing vitamins, carbohydrates, sodium, fiber, and electrolytes, this soothing drink gives your muscles and tissues lots of TLC to help them do their jobs properly.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups kale

1 cooked small sweet potato, cooled

1 cup cantaloupe

1 tablespoon almond butter

Pinch of sea salt

2 cups water

Handful of ice cubes, optional

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
