Avocados are rich, creamy, and healthy. What’s not to love? Bake them with our cheese sauce, set them out with optional toppings, and let about a half dozen guests pile on their favorite flavors. Here are some possibilities.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Carve out a little extra space in each avocado half with a spoon, then fill the hole with cheese sauce. Place the filled avocados on a baking sheet and bake until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes.
Put out your toppings and let your guests dig in!
