Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt

I’m a big fan of desserts with benefits. And I have several that I truly love, including homemade frozen yogurt. Treat yourself to something sweet with the knowledge that you’re also eating wholesome foods.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen mixed berries or mixed berries with cherries (about 4.7 ounces)

1 (5.3-ounce) container of nonfat strawberry Greek or Icelandic yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

1    Place both ingredients into a food processor or powerful blender and mix thoroughly.

2    Transfer the contents into a freezer-safe container, and freeze for at least 2 hours.

3    If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves or chocolate shavings.
