CLASICO SUNDAE

INGREDIENTS

320 ml (11 fl oz) dulce de leche sauce

320 ml (11 fl oz) chocolate sauce

500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) zabaglione ice cream

500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) dulce de leche ice cream garrapiñadas (praline almonds)

Spoon 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche sauce in the bottom of each of four sundae glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce. Next divide half of the zabaglione ice cream between the glasses and then divide half the dulce de leche ice cream between the glasses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with a few pralines and enjoy immediately.
