Jicama is loaded with immune system-boosting nutrition, including vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, and manganese. Lemon and ginger give it pure tangy goodness with a hint of spice.
¾ cup jicama, peeled and roughly chopped
½ cucumber
½ apple, cored to remove seeds, peel intact
3 celery stalks
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger
1 Radical Lemon Cube (here), thawed, or ½ lemon with peel
Clean the fruits and veggies. Process all the ingredients through a juicer or in a high-powered blender (see note). Drink immediately for maximum nutritional benefits.
Note: If using a high-powered blender, add enough water for a blendable consistency.
