Citrus Blaster

Makes 1 approximately 8-ounce serving

A fat-melting, energizing boost to quick-start your weight loss!

8 ounces brewed organic coffee* or roasted dandelion root tea or oolong tea

1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons coconut milk

⅛ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (Ceylon)

½ teaspoon powdered citrus peel (see note)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: ½ teaspoon Just Like Sugar or a few drops of stevia

Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl or shake in a lidded jar. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

*If you don’t tolerate coffee, you may use roasted dandelion root tea or oolong tea, but realize that coffee is the absolute best for accelerating weight loss. Oolong has 50 to 75 mg of caffeine per cup, whereas coffee averages 180 mg. Dandy tea contains no caffeine. The teas may still work, but coffee is best.

Lay them out on a plate for a few days until dry and crisp (or use a food dehydrator). Using a coffee grinder, grind peels into a powder.
