Spiced Pumpkin–Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

1 mug cake | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Start to Finish: 20 Minutes

1 In 12-oz microwavable coffee mug, microwave butter on High 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in pumpkin, milk, vanilla, cake mix and ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice with fork until well blended. Stir in 1 tablespoon chocolate chips.

2 Microwave uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake pulls from sides of mug. Cool 5 minutes.

3 Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and ⅛ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice; beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spoon whipped topping onto cake. Drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.
