Makes approx. 10
¼ cup coconut oil
½ cup raw cacao
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, plus extra for sprinkling
2 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the bottom of the heart-shaped chocolate moulds with a little desiccated coconut, and then spoon the chocolate mixture on top.
Place in the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Remove from moulds when set and store in the fridge till ready to eat.
