Chocolate crackles

Makes 12

2 cups brown rice puffs

½ cup desiccated coconut

½ cup coconut oil

¼ cup raw cacao powder

¼ cup rice malt syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon the mixture into 12 paper cupcake holders.

Place in the fridge overnight to set. Best eaten within 2 to 3 days.
