The Body Ecology Shopping List

Buy organic foods whenever possible.

A sensitivity to any one of the foods in this list, while uncommon, is not uncommon when you have digestive problems and immune deficiency. As you create a healthy inner ecosystem, and strengthen your digestion and immune system, you should soon be able to enjoy most of these foods. But remember the Principle of Uniqueness. Find foods that work best for your unique body. We have carefully examined the ingredients in the brand names mentioned below and have given them the Body Ecology stamp of approval (image). As we learn about new safe and delicious foods and products that help you become even healthier, we will expand and update this list.
