1. Place cauliflower and ginger in a steamer basket in a 4-qt. pot. Add water to pot to just below the basket. Bring to boiling. Steam, covered, about 5 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Add pea pods, sweet pepper, and green onions to basket; stir gently to combine. Steam, covered, 5 to 7 minutes more or until pea pods and sweet pepper are crisp-tender. Remove steamer basket from pot; drain water. Discard ginger.

2. Return vegetables to pot. Add the remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
