Golden Milk CHIA PUDDING

SERVES 2 TO 4

1¼ cups (295 ml) nondairy milk

¾ tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp fresh ginger

¼ tsp ground cardamom

¼ tsp black pepper

2–4 drops of vanilla stevia

4 tbsp (40 g) chia seeds

OPTIONAL

Fresh fruit

Granola

Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Give it a stir in the morning and enjoy! The pudding mixture will have thickened overnight.

Serve with fresh fruit or granola, or enjoy on its own!
