Juicy Elixir WITH PINEAPPLE, MINT, RASPBERRY AND BEET

I am always trying to figure out ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar into my diet because it’s so damn good for me. It makes my skin gloooow and improves my digestion. This drink is SO TASTY and refreshing and good for ya. It’s perfect for summer and gives you energy and mouth-watering vibes. I savor every sip. —EvE

SERVES 2 OR 3

¼ cup (45 g) frozen raspberries

¼ cup (10 g) packed fresh mint

3 cups (710 ml) chilled coconut water

2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup

¼ cup (60 ml) beet juice

¼ cup (60 ml) pineapple juice

Ice cubes

Gently smash the raspberries in the bottom of one or two glasses. Throw in some mint, too. Pour in the coconut water, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. Pour in the beet and pineapple juices until you like the color of the drink (or just pour it all in, it’s gonna taste great no matter the color). Stick a straw in, add some ice cubes and enjoy!
