Choco NICE CREAM WITH PEANUT BUTTER OATS, CHOCOLATE CHUNKS AND DOUGHNUT HOLES

SERVES 1 OR 2

OATS

1 cup (235 ml) cold water

½ cup (40 g) rolled oats

Pinch of Himalayan salt

NICE CREAM

3 frozen bananas

2 tbsp (14 g) cacao powder

½ tsp vanilla powder

¼ cup (60 ml) almond milk

TOPPINGS

Peanut butter

Raw vegan doughnut holes

Chocolate chunks

Coconut sugar

FOR THE OATS

In a small saucepan, combine the water, oats and salt. Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally with a spurtle or wooden spoon. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook (still stirring occasionally) until the oats are the consistency you like. I like mine thick, and then I add nondairy milk to thin it out. (As the oats cook, make your nice cream).

FOR THE NICE CREAM

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Scoop it into a bowl, and then pour your oats around it. Top with peanut butter, raw doughnut holes, chocolate chunks, coconut sugar and whatever else you like!
