3 big handfuls spinach or kale
2 ripe bananas, cubed
2 small handfuls rolled oats
2 tbsp (23 g) almond butter or cashew butter
2 cups (470 ml) almond milk
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp pure vanilla powder or extract
Simply place everything in a blender, and blend until the spinach or kale has been fully broken down and incorporated. Pour it into a mason jar or cup and enjoy on the go!
