I was gonna call this a “healing” green smoothie blah blah blah, but then I thought, “Hmm, don’t wanna buy into that pseudoscience stuff, so I’ll keep it simple.” Honestly, I don’t know if this smoothie will heal anything for you, but in my opinion it’s at least certainly nice and yummy and green. SERVES 2
3 frozen bananas
2 tbsp (5 g) chopped fresh mint
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
1 tbsp (15 ml) date syrup
2 cups (470 ml) water
¼ cup (32 g) pumpkin seeds
1–2 cups (40–80 g) spinach
Blend everything up, adjust according to taste and drink!
