This recipe came together randomly and ended up blowing my mind. It’s nice and sweet but also super nutritious. It contains nearly 20 percent of your recommended daily intake for protein, 58 percent for riboflavin (B2), 79 percent for pyridoxine (B6), 499 percent for vitamin C (!!!), 107 percent for copper, 28 percent for vitamin K, 37 percent for magnesium, 64 percent for manganese, 36 percent for potassium, 30 percent for selenium, and I could just keep going. —EvE
SERVES 1 OR 2
1 frozen, chopped apple
2 frozen, peeled bananas
2 cups (184 g) green grapes
¼ cup (38 g) dried goji berries
1–2 cups (235–470 ml) water, as desired
Blend it all up and drink it all down.
