SERVES 1 OR 2
1 cup (255 g) frozen mango or banana
1 cup (195 g) pineapple chunks
1 orange bell pepper, cored and chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tbsp (10 g) baobab powder (optional)
2 cups (470 ml) chilled coconut water
Blend it all up and enjoy!
