You probably won’t even taste the mushrooms in this drink, but they’ll do ya good! Chaga and reishi are some of the original superfoods. —EvE
SERVES 1 OR 2
2 frozen bananas
¼ cup (10 g) chopped fresh mint
1 tsp spirulina powder
1½ cups (355 ml) chilled coconut milk
½ tsp reishi mushroom powder
½ tsp chaga mushroom powder
Pinch of stevia powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Brazil nuts
Handful of ice cubes (optional)
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. If you’d like it lighter and colder, add some ice cubes.
