Ginger Berry SMOOTHIE WITH SECRET INGREDIENT

I try to get vegetables into my diet whenever I can: they are incredibly good for you. The secret ingredient here is broccoli! Zucchini and cauliflower are other solid options for sneaking into fruity smoothies, thanks to their subtle flavors and colors. —EvE

SERVES 1 OR 2

1 frozen banana

½ cup (75 g) frozen blueberries

2 tbsp (20 g) hemp seeds

1 cup (70 g) chopped broccoli

2 cups (470 ml) grape juice

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup (98 g) pineapple chunks

Blend it all up and drink it all down. I topped mine with more bloobs and some chopped pistachios, ‘cuz why not.
