Coffee SHAKE

Anyone living in the US in the last decade knows the deliciousness of a Frappuccino. Well this coffee shake is a welcomed alternative—and one that can be made in the comfort of your own kitchen, sans the long coffee line. Just a few staple ingredients blend together and out comes a healthier, and very frothy, new age Frappuccino. Bottoms up! —MR

SERVES 1

1 small ripe banana, frozen or unfrozen

⅔ cup (160 ml) almond milk

1 shot of espresso

2 pitted Medjool dates

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Handful of ice cubes

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until combined and frothy. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
