MAKES 1½ TSP (6 G)

1 tsp whole rainbow peppercorns

1 tiny cinnamon stick, broken into smaller pieces

1 tsp culinary rose leaves

Place all the ingredients in a spice grinder and grind into a fine powder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
