½ cup (120 g) Cashew Coconut Base
1 tbsp (15 ml) grapeseed oil or olive oil
1 tsp harissa paste (use gluten-free)
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp coarse kosher salt
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well to combine. Let it stand for 30 minutes before serving. Cover leftovers tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
