2 tablespoons whey
2 bunches of mint (about 1½ ounces)
¼ cup honey

For the whey, line a strainer with 4 layers of muslin and set over a large bowl. Add the yogurt, cover, and leave for 4 to 6 hours or chill overnight. Liquid whey will drain into the bowl. For the soda, bring the mint, honey, and 1½ cups water to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Cool, then strain the mixture over a bowl. Pour the strained mint mixture, CBD oil, and whey into a 1 liter flip-top bottle. Top with filtered water and close. Leave for 2 to 3 days until you see fizziness at the top. Chill. Serve cold.

2 navel oranges, peeled, seeded, and quartered
