So good and so junky! Whoever thought to pair salty meat with pineapple was clearly a genius. This vegan rendition features lots and lots of deli slices, canned fruit, and mozzarella shreds married in a deep, delicious crust.
» SERVES 4–6 «
1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Press dough into bottom and sides of a greased and cornmeal-sprinkled 12" springform pan.
2. Pour Super-Easy Pizza Sauce over dough followed by chopped deli slices, pineapple, and mozzarella shreds.
3. Bake 40–45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Let cool about 10 minutes before cutting. (Good luck eating without a fork!)
