1 cup cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
½ to 1 cup frozen spinach
½ cup frozen blueberries
2 scoops berry protein powder or medical food (look for one containing at least 20 grams of vegan protein)
1 scoop greens powder (look for one containing organic wheatgrass, spirulina, spinach, barley grass, alfalfa, chlorella, and kale)
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I prefer cashew or almond)
6 to 8 ice cubes
Whip all ingredients in a high-powered blender to desired consistency.
