Ginger Spice Shake

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    2 scoops decaf cappuccino protein powder or medical food (look for one containing at least 20 grams of vegan protein)

    2 tablespoons raw almond butter

    2 teaspoons thoroughly minced ginger root*

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1 to 2 handfuls baby spinach, fresh or frozen

    6 to 8 ice cubes

Whip all ingredients in a high-powered blender to desired consistency.
