1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup baby spinach or kale
2 scoops vanilla protein powder or medical food (look for one containing at least 20 grams of vegan protein)
1 scoop greens powder (look for one containing organic wheatgrass, spirulina, spinach, barley grass, alfalfa, chlorella, and kale)
2 tablespoons chia, flax, or hemp seeds
6 to 8 ice cubes
Optional: dash of shredded coconut as a topping
Whip all ingredients in a high-powered blender to desired consistency. Top with shredded coconut, if desired.
