Kefir Sauce

    1 to 2 cups kefir

    ½ cup fresh herbs of your choice (cilantro, mint, dill, or parsley)

    2 garlic cloves, mashed

    Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Optional: Sea salt to taste

Mix together the kefir with the herbs and garlic. Season with a little cayenne pepper or salt if needed.
