1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
2 scoops vanilla or berry protein powder or medical food (look for one containing at least 20 grams of vegan protein)
1 scoop fiber powder
1 tablespoon MCT oil
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon freshly ground flaxseeds
1 scoop greens powder (look for one containing organic wheatgrass, spirulina, spinach, barley grass, alfalfa, chlorella, and kale)
6 to 8 ice cubes
Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons holy basil (also known as tulsi)
Whip all ingredients in a high-powered blender to desired consistency.
