2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder or medical food (look for one containing at least 20 grams of vegan protein)
1 scoop fiber powder
½ avocado
½ small beet
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 teaspoons cocoa or cacao powder
6 to 8 ice cubes
Whip all ingredients in a high-powered blender to desired consistency.
