Yoga and mindfulness practices are well suited to overcoming psychological problems. Part III guides you in working with difficulties to bring about a healthier and happier way of living. We encourage you to do the exercises and allow yourself to feel the effects as they take hold over time. You will find one chapter for each of the problems covered: stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance abuse. We encourage you to practice the exercises from all the chapters and apply them creatively for your benefit.
