4.5    Running the App

Now that you’ve configured both the ABAP back-end and front-end components, you’re ready to run and view the data. Follow these steps:

  1. Run SAP Fiori launchpad via http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/ abap/FioriLaunchpad.html.
  2. Log in to SAP Fiori launchpad with the User ID you gave access to in the previous sections. The business catalog with the Create Sales Order app should be visible (see Figure 4.37).

  3. Run the app by clicking the Create Sales Order tile; you should now be able to launch the app (see Figure 4.38).

You’ve successfully enabled the Create Sales Order app, with standard SAP roles, next we’ll look at enabling the same Create Sales Order app with the custom role and custom catalog.
