Author’s note

If you’re looking for an in-depth exploration of lucid dreaming within the context of Tibetan Buddhism and mindfulness meditation, you might prefer my first book for Hay House, Dreams of Awakening, but if you’re after a light-hearted guide to the ‘how, why and wow!’ of lucid dreaming then you have the perfect book in your hands!

In Dreams of Awakening I used my own dreams to explore the ways in which lucid dreaming can be used on the spiritual path, but in this book you’ll find as case studies the uncensored dream reports and reflections of some of the people I’ve had the privilege to teach.

Many of the techniques included in this book can also be found in Dreams of Awakening, in a more detailed form. Here they’ve been made more concise and accessible for the beginner lucid dreamer, but they still pack all the punch they need to bring you to fully conscious awareness within your dreams.
