easy blueberry yoghurt and muesli parfait
serves 4–6
250 g (9 oz/1 2/3 cups) blueberries
500 g (1 lb 2 oz/3 1/3 cups) strawberries, hulled and sliced
200 g (7 oz/2 cups) natural muesli
400 g (14 oz) blueberry yoghurt
25 g (1 oz/¼ cup) flaked almonds, toasted
Scatter half of the combined blueberries and strawberries in the base of four serving glasses. Top with a layer of muesli, then a generous dollop of yoghurt. Repeat with another layer of fruit, muesli and yoghurt, then garnish with any leftover berries and the flaked almonds.
Make this parfait when summer berries are at their peak.
