You did it! You’ve made it to the end of this ninety-day cycle of rewiring your subconscious mind! Let’s recap the major highlights of all you’ve learned:

By falling in love with the magnificence of who you are now, which includes your brilliant body, you are able to release weight in a natural, effective, noninvasive way that feels wonderful. Your body is a gift, it is your only home. Treat it with love, kindness, and respect by making helpful choices, all day, every day, and you will be rewarded with the body you desire.

Remember, hypnosis is a process of conditioning, albeit a quick one. If you’ve reached your weight loss goal in these past ninety days, wonderful! Keep chewing, keep drinking water, and switch up any hypno-affirmations that were focused on losing weight to make them about maintaining and staying right where you are.
