You only have one life. Make sure that yours is one you are happy to be living.
As you work through all the things on your to-do list, make sure you find time for something just for you. It might be that you exercise, stop for a coffee at your favourite café, call a friend or read a chapter of a book.
Whatever you choose, make sure that you do something each day that you really do enjoy. Your life will be happier for it.
