3 In the same interview with TMZ, Klein admitted it was a mistake to send the final invoice to Jackson’s creditors but revealed he felt he deserved the money: ‘My lawyers were silly, they should have hid the bill and secondly, I’ll donate the money to charity. But you know what, he’s made $100 million worth of records, Michael’s not here anymore and I think I have a right to that money and I’ll donate to a charity in his name. But I have a right to the money for the work I did because I would take my whole weekends off. Do you know how many weekends I spent with him doing this, and just working on his face, trying to rebuild his face? It’s not easy. And, you know, I had to rent helicopters because he decided that he wanted to do it that day and I was 200, 300 miles away.’

This will put a patient under and will be followed by a continuous infusion of much smaller amounts, with the patient’s physical weight determining how many mg/min will be used. So the daily dose available to Jackson was the equivalent of what is used in a hospital for approximately 10 operations per day.
