Hold your Selenite in your hands. Place it to your Third Eye chakra (see page 35) and then bring your hands down into your lap. With softly focused eyes gaze into the Selenite. Feel its pure white vibration surrounding you. When you feel ready, close your eyes. The picture stays with you. Gaze at it in your mind’s eye for as long as feels comfortable, gradually building up the time.
