If you aren’t from New England, you may refer to these as “shakes.” But no matter what you call them, this Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Frappe is bananas and perfect for a sweet grab-and-go breakfast. Packed with some healthy fats, protein and CHOCOLATE, how can you go wrong?!
MAKES: 1 frappe
1 FRAPPE: 289 Calories, 24 g Fat, 6 g Carbs, 10 g Protein
2 tbsp (11 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp (7 g) powdered erythritol
1 tbsp (15 g) sugar-free peanut butter
10 oz (300 ml) unsweetened almond milk
½ avocado
½ tsp banana extract
1½ cups (45 g) spinach, optional
1 cup (145 g) ice
Simply combine the cocoa powder, erythritol, peanut butter, almond milk, avocado, banana extract, spinach, if using, and ice in a blender, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
