6 oz (170 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth
⅓ cup (80 ml) sour cream
¼ cup (60 ml) mayo
½ tbsp (5 g) dried onion
2 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
1 lb (454 g) chicken breast, cooked and cubed
10 oz (300 g) fresh spinach
12 oz (340 g) broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup (75 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
4 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
½ cup (60 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, broth, sour cream, mayo, onion and garlic powder and mix thoroughly. Add the chicken, spinach, broccoli, Parmesan cheese and half of the bacon and mix well. Put the mixture in a 9 x 9–inch (23 x 23–cm) oven-safe dish and sprinkle with the remaining bacon and the mozzarella cheese.
Bake until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
