Charcuterie Spread

Traditionally a charcuterie is a sampling of cured meats and is often served with cheeses, pickled vegetables, and a bit of nice bread. Our charcuterie is very similar, just minus the bread, of course. I tend to replace the bread with nuts for some added fat. I love a good charcuterie spread when I have more time for lunch because the flavors are often so rich that savoring them is a nearly a requirement.
