Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets

Light, fresh, and buttery, this is my favorite way to prepare salmon fillets. Pair with steamed broccoli or baked asparagus for a great, well-balanced meal.

YIELD: 3 (1-fillet) servings

The Stuff:

       18 ounces salmon fillets

¼ cup melted butter, plus extra for greasing pan

       ¼ cup lemon juice

       1 tablespoon dried dill

       1 teaspoon garlic powder

       salt and pepper, to taste

What to Do:

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Grease a baking dish with butter and put the salmon in the dish. Combine the melted butter and lemon juice. Baste the salmon with this mixture and then season with the dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3 Bake for roughly 25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
