Bread

Bread is something that most people tell me they miss after ditching their carbohydrate addiction. I understand that. Not only is bread ubiquitous in our food supply, it is delicious and versatile. I won’t tell you that the breads that follow are exact replacements for traditional wheat and other grain-based breads, but they are pretty darn close.

The only real limitation of homemade low-carb bread is that it does not keep for very long. Thankfully, all the varieties I have made are so delicious that they get eaten before they have the chance to go bad. You will have to guard these breads from the members of your household that do not follow a ketogenic diet because they will try and eat it all.
