A fresh, beautiful and festive twist on a SANGRIA. A fantastic drink to have around the braai on a hot summer’s day.
SERVES 8
3 cups chilled dry rosé wine
1 cup chilled apple juice
3 cups chilled strawberry juice
1 cup chilled soda water
Ice cubes
TO SERVE
250 g strawberries, stem on and halved lengthways
Fresh mint
Crushed ice
1. Mix the liquids in a large 3 litre-capacity glass jug (a large vase works well).
2. Add some ice cubes to chill the liquid even more before adding the strawberries and mint.
3. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses.
